Workmanship Warranty

208 Fence & Gate warrants our workmanship on your new fence to be free from defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

• Improper installation of fence posts, panels, or gates.

• Faulty gate hardware or latch mechanisms.

• Uneven fence lines or sagging panels (excluding settling due to normal ground movement).

What is Not Covered by the Workmanship Warranty:

• Damage caused by acts of God (wind, lightning, hail, etc.), fire, vandalism, or misuse.

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or chalking of materials.

• Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning.

• Damage caused by settling or movement of the ground.

• Damage caused by contact with external elements like lawnmowers, weed whackers, or other landscaping equipment.

• Issues arising from modifications made to the fence after installation without our written consent.

Manufacturer's Material Warranty

The materials used in your fence may also be covered by a separate warranty from the manufacturer. The specific terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty will vary depending on the material used. We will provide you with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty information upon request.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In the event you believe your fence has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact 208 Fence & Gate in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue. Please include a detailed description of the problem and any relevant pictures. We will investigate the claim and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
